I bought a 2024 F150 last year at this dealership. I've had nothing but problems with it from day one. Of course all I get is the runaround from service. The transmission hasnt been right since I bought it. Im told by the service manager that the truck is just "learning my driving habits". Seriously?And their attitude on the phone is like "oh what now".They never have any "loner " cars when I have to drop it off to get it looked at. So have to pay out of pocket to rent a car. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle here for 10 years always good service but not the last three years. Got my vehicle inspect, told I needed new tires so got that done with them, and right after leaving the shop, within a day we hear bang and popping sounds. Bring it back and after a few back and forth calls and roughly 10k later they say they fixed issue but there is still banging and to top it off we believe they sold us a bad tire that does not stay inflated.
