Ethan at Bill Dodge was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Kia Telluride. He was very responsive and helpful. He followed through with requests in a timely manner and made himself available to work around our schedule for test drives. Highly recommend working with him!
Overall I am satisfied with my service and my service advisor was amazing. My only gripe was I was told with my certified pre-owned purchase my first oil change was free (my wife as well as my previous vehicle has this same treatment with previous car purchases). I was told this was part of the old rewards systems and this would be at normal cost. Thankfully Corin, my service advisor, was able to give me a $20 discount on the oil change. So a big misunderstanding from the sale end of things but service was great.
Had it towed there after my local shop told me the pressure was off in the engine. $200 to tell me the engine is blown on a Kia that had less than 98k miles and didn’t miss an oil change. There was a class action lawsuit for engines on this model too. I’ll never buy another Kia but the $200 charge was just disrespectful.
I had a great experience with my sales rep, Rob. He took the time to show me how to use the infotainment system on my new Seltos and to share photos and stories of our respective cats!!
