My service advisor was Jason Doyle. Absolutely great working with him. He kept me inform from start to finish
Service was efficient and pleasant. The dealership was able to perform a necessary and unscheduled vehicle inspection. That said, it took a month to schedule this appointment. I drove over an hour to visit the dealership (and back home again.) the dealership knew exactly what the service appointment was for but did not have the part in stock to fix the problem. I now must wait another month to get this warranty issue fixed: first so the part can be obtained and second because they’re “booking out” over a month. Not acceptabl... read more
