RecommendedRecently had my truck worked on here and couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. Jason was great and went above and beyond. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next vehicle here.
They left my vehicle unlocked in the back of their unmonitored lot for over a week. Multiple items were stolen from it. They were rather unapologetic and showed little to no empathy, other than offering to call WPD for me. Theft is a huge problem there, but they don't seem to take even the smallest steps to protect their customers belongings.

It is unfortunate that sometimes theft and vandalism occur in any society – having said this – we do not as normal protocol secure external equipment left in truck beds such as tool boxes – hopefully insurance covers this for you. We do appreciate your business very much and wish you the best.
