RecommendedI've been buying cars at Snell Motors for more than twenty years. And I've been using their service department for just as long... This week the battery went dead (after 6+ years). I was ringing the Salvation Army Bell at HyVee and asked Snell if they could pick up my car and replace the battery. Within five minutes they got my keys and car and did their thing. Replaced the battery, did all the courtesy service checks and washed the car. NOW THAT'S AMAZING SERVICE. So here's to another 20 years of doing my business at Snell ... read more
RecommendedFound my retirement car online. Drive 2 1/2 hours to Somerset to test drive. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. I drove back to Hazard in my Subaru Outback..... my retirement car!
RecommendedThey did good service work BUT they need to tighten up their Covid 19 protocols. I am a degree holding RN and I felt very uncomfortable with the amount of staff and customers who were maskless.
