I had a 10 am appointment for a recall that was suppose to take 45 minutes. As it turns out it was close to two hours. Not a major problem and they did wash the car and did a partial vacuum of the interior. That was a nice touch. All people that I interacted with were curtious and professional.

Easy and fast dont even have a kia but got my car serviced there! Tech showed me the problems in person. Was great service! Will go back again and tell everyone else to go as well!
