Their BMW service department needs some serious help. Each time my wife brings our car in for a “scheduled” oil change she end up waiting in the lobby for 2-3 hours. Being the only BMW dealer in Maine, and living an hour away we obviously wait in the lobby. Yesterday, I brought the car in for an oil change and state inspection.
