I called in July to cancel my extended warranty and they still haven’t sent anything back to my lender. When I called the lender they informed me once canceled it goes back to this dealership where they then send it to lender. STILL NOTHING and no one will return my calls when I leave a message about this. If you do use them DO NOT BUY extended warranty
