I had a shockingly bad experience here. I was charged $189 for a diagnosis and then quoted $4,518 to handle some repairs on my Chevy Tahoe. I received an email from Kevin stating “ ISSUES WHICH IN MY OPINION MAKE THE REPAIRS NOT WORTH DOING TO THE CAR.” This did not sound right to me. I simply uploaded this email exchange and quote to Chatgpt which warned this was a major red flag.
