Service is good. Wait time is about 1hr but it has kids area so my boys didn't get bored.

Oil change took 2 hours, then on my bill it had the wrong type of oil and the wrong amount, so I had to go back through a whole refund recharge. Did they actually put in the right oil? Who knows. Another time an inspection took 50 minutes. Everyone here moves like molasses. Respect for people's time goes both ways. If you're retired and you're looking for errands to fill up your day, their waiting area is very nice.
So I needed a new inspection sticker, and the sign outside the building says that the shop is open till 5. I rushed straight down there after work, and arrived at 4:05.. After talking to the receptionist, a service manager informed that it was too late in the day for an inspection. And, "The guys are already starting to break down and clean up for the day."
