I had a great experience getting my GMC 1500 serviced; the oil change and tire rotation were completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Ashleigh was exceptionally professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Service is good. Wait time is about 1hr but it has kids area so my boys didn't get bored.

Oil change took 2 hours, then on my bill it had the wrong type of oil and the wrong amount, so I had to go back through a whole refund recharge. Did they actually put in the right oil? Who knows. Another time an inspection took 50 minutes. Everyone here moves like molasses. Respect for people's time goes both ways. If you're retired and you're looking for errands to fill up your day, their waiting area is very nice.
