We sold several houses for an estate with some being lots and Bill did a great job taking care of all the sales. He even managed to squeeze in the last sale in December with a 21 day escrow to finish before the end of the year. With his help, it is was fairly painless transactions considering the amount of work required to sell several properties concurrently.
Would give the Davis team 6 stars if i could, Bill really takes care of his clients!

He sold my house in 2018. What a nightmare this guy was. Extremely unprofessional. He had no idea how to sell my place. He brought potential buyers who were frauds. One made an offer and Bill didnt even vet this guy. He was a unqualified buyer , a fraudster. In the end Bill ended up with almost no commission and even that was too much.
