I had a very disappointing experience with the sales manager, Kody. Throughout our interaction, he came across as disrespectful, avoided making eye contact, and made it seem like helping a customer was an inconvenience. We were respectful the entire time and simply expected basic customer service. On the other hand, the team in the service department was outstanding. Sales Manager Kody was very disrespectful and distasteful, would not even look me in the eyes to talk about a Tahoe I wanted to test drive and was interested in. Service Guys were very polite and respectful, sales department really needs some work.
I had to replace something due to a safety recall on my vehicle. The person who booked my appointment was professional, courteous, and explained everything in detail. All service representatives were complimentary, efficient, and communicative. They provided a courtesy ride back to my house while I waited. The work done on my vehicle was perfect, and the car was immaculate when returned!
Greg Behnke was my sales representative and was fantastic he knew everything about the 2026 Chevy Tahoe and made my experience worth coming to the dealership. Paul Wilson was the finance manager absolutely fantastic as well walked me through everything I was signing and answered all my questions as well. I will definitely worth checking this dealership out.
