In May and June of 2022, I spent over $4600 to have a continuing Brake Control System fixed on my Chevy 2500HD. At the time, I had to have the repairs done at a Chevrolet dealership because the parts had to be repaired using a computer software install by VIN # and there were none around that could do that. The repairs had a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. Bill Cramer Chevy took great care of me. I’m from out of town and had a problem with my car. Bill Cramer got it in the next day after I called late afternoon. They diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in the same day, and gave me a ride back to my house and then back to the dealership. Great service, very helpful, and knowledgeable.
Thanks to the sales team for being very informative and honest. Unfortunately wasn't the right time for us to buy, but when ready we will definitely be back.
