Don’t trust a word they say. They say your car will be ready in two days, two months later still nothing. They say they’ll call you back by the end of the day and ………. Nothing. This has to be the worst service department in Bay County. If you can’t fix the the issue, just say that.
Well, the same truck is back in the shop for the 4th time... for the exact same issue.... sudden BREAK FAILURE which was a recall on several thousand vehicles... however Bill Cramer Service Dept. states this is not the same issue with my vehicle. Bill Cramer had the truck last week for the 3rd time and even replaced $2400 Master cylinder. That didn't work and they forgot to change the old brake pads that only had 15% left!! So far they have $3000 in service repair ..... and it still is not fixed!!! Now, back to the service d... read more
Customer service is deceiving yet warming to an illusion of broken vehicles if you are looking for a quality vehicle I recommend looking at the Carfax first if it is used I bought a 2025 vehicle with a lot of damage internally and was pushed to decide due to inefficient evidence of it being a mechanic I knew there was a problem yet was forced to wait until the sign came on unprofessional service and in the loaner department they will know information that could prevent you from getting a loner and will not inform you until y... read more
