The absolute best service department I needed new tires because the tread was getting very low and also there was a nail in the tire I showered up with no appointment and they looked at the vehicle right away they ordered tires for me they came the next day and installed the tires right away they replaced them and balanced the tires in less than four hours no appointment the two gentlemen at the service counter were so nice and answered all of my questions definitely recommend this car dealer for your car need
Brought truck in for recall fixes on ECM, they fried my ECM doing this and then told me my key fob would not work and I would have to bring in my 2nd fob so you could program them, well, lo and behold the fobs worked just fine. You gave me back my truck with the check engine light on (was not on when I dropped it off) and resetting it goes through turning off and on the traction control when resetting it and it needs reset every time I start the truck unless it is less than a couple of minutes after shutting off. Unfortunately, this is my hometown dealership due to the panhandle being rural and other dealers being far away. I have a 2024 Sierra that has had a slew of issues. This truck has only 23,XXX miles on it. I attempted to get another set of repairs completed after speaking with a supervisor last Friday.
