duped my mother in law, not ethical, buyer beware. all sales are final, if you're dumb enough to buy from them, you're stuck with what you've received.
We ordered furniture over Labor Day and were assured if we placed the order that day, we would receive it by Thanksgiving. We called about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and learned there were delays and we may not receive it before Christmas. No one has ever contacted us to advise of a delay. There is no customer service, no apologies, no attempt to be courteous or helpful. They have our money and don't care.
