I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, Tennessee. I was driving through Louisville when my 2017 F150 stopped running I had it towed to Bill Collins. They said the engine needed replaced. It took eight months before I got the vehicle back anytime I tried to contact somebody it took days if not weeks to get back in touch with me back. after one month the Engine blew up again. If you want to be treated with respect and have your car survived by people that follow through and care about their customers, DO NOT go to Bill Collins Ford! They are happy to take your money, but are quick to forget what you are paying for! The Customer at Kevin Collins dealership is WRONG, and the staff is happy to tell you that! Avoid at all costs! They don't seem to care anyway...
I recently sent a review concerning the issues that were on going with my 2021 Lincoln Aviator, my car was in the shop on several occasions for the same issues. I just wanted to say as of today I got my car back and I was greatly pleased with the work that was done. I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and brought it to Bill Collins with overheating issues. Received excellent customer service from Chris Fingar, the service advisor working with me. He was very helpful and gave me an estimate to fix the car that same day. He broke everything down for me in detail and even brought out the technician who was working on my car to show me what had happened. Service was quick and very friendly. My wife and I had a horrible experience with Bill Collins Ford. My wife left our daughter's car with them on a Thursday morning to be looked over for a faulty driver side window. We requested an estimate before any work was done. Friday approached and we never received a phone call letting us know an estimate or a status on the car. Friday rolled into Saturday and still no phone call from Bill Collins.
