I can not recommend Bill Clark Homes to even a stranger because after you buy one of the homes they forget about you. House comes with bad piping, bad installation of hardware, crooked floor, cabinets installed wrong, bad plumbing, poor electrical wiring, grass only in the front yard, poor instillation for heating and cooling. Your best bet is to find a new contractor
Bill Clark Homes built our house 2 years ago & while they were wonderful to work with then, they continue to go above &. beyond. We had an issue come up over the weekend & called Danny this morning. They are here now working to fix the problem...... excellent service!!!!!
Way too many bad things to write! I can list so many things that have went wrong with our brand new fixer upper! We will never buy another Bill Clark Home or recommend to anyone. It’s not just our house. It is multiple homes in our neighborhood. We are located in the Davenport subdivision. Send me a PM and we can chat so I can fill you in.
