I love this guy! We had another company come out before him who was unprofessional, told us it was one easy thing to fix, then changed it to a bigger, more expensive issue, and then forgot the part.I called Bill Clarks company for a second and more professional opinion, and he came out to diagnose the problem. He spent over an hour in my attic and outside with my unit in 107 degree Texas heat, and didnt even charge us extra. Knowledgeable, fast, friendly, honest, and fair. Great service. Will be using again.I described the problem to him, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Had my AC up and running in less then half an hour. Fair price; did not try to sell me a bunch of crap that I didnt need. His business card now has a permanent spot on the side of my refrigerator.

Terrible...He was here 5 times to fix a AC unit...never could figure it out. He replaced Circut boards and I could tell he was in over his head...kept waiting for him to come back to finish and get the system running...never called or showed up The system is a mini split system, he had the indoor ceiling cartridge taken apart and hanging from the ceiling in our sunroom, I saw him look at the crap just hanging there from the ceiling as he walked out the door, I couldnt believe he left it like that, I had to put it back togeth... read more
