I have been to this service centre twice after leaving a much bigger dealership. Both times I have found the staff friendly and helpful. Geordie looked after my Prado both times and the service was completed on time and they also changed the air filter and the cabin filter (my request) for me after our trip to the outback. I will be going back for my future services.
