Rachel, in the service department, took great care of me. I needed a loaner car and was given a 2020 Ascent to drive. Not a bad ride. She is such a pleasure and knows her job very well.
We were there yesterday 10-13-2020. Yes friendly people and service. The thing is we were helped by Paul Ives Sales Consultant. We had to leave to pick up are daughter from the bus stop yesterday and we told Paul we would be back. Paul said he would just call us either way if we can get a car or not Paul didn’t call us back.
