Got a brand new Subaru at a great price here at Bill Bryan's Subaru thanks to the car salesman Sam. It was a hassle dealing with the people at Mastro Subaru but at Bill Bryan's Subaru they treated me with out most respect. 10/10 will buy here again. Sam you're awesome.

1 star is too many. This dealership does not respect our men and women in the armed forces and does not deal fairly with them. Do not buy from them. They will not honor USAA Buying Services transactions. Disrespectful. Dishonest. Untrustworthy.
This has been the worst business I have ever purchased a product from. It's not just one employee that has continuously dropped the ball but multiple ones from one service manager to another, the sales manager, multiple sales staff members, and the general manager. I've filed formal complaints with Subaru America, Inc. and with Better Business Bureau to try to get things done. I was happy with the service I received from the sales man Alex, until I went to get the free tires I was promised from the finance manager since he couldn't give me a discount on the cost of the car. I had nothing in writing to say that I was owed the tires, I was told it was on the system when I picked up the car. Despite it being only 6 months ago no one can remember the tires!
