The service department was excellent. The service Technician Brad Panek was extremely professional in his service video of my 2026 Explorer ST. I had never been to a service department that provided a video of the services performed. Brad was clear on the services performed and I will ask for him and recommend him exclusively to anyone needing their vehicle serviced. A+
Ryan Featherngill was absolutely amazing helping me out with my truck and its needs. He gave me his expert opinion on what I needed to have done now, and what I could wait on. I would highly recommend seeing Ryan for your needs. I will definitely be taking my truck back there whenever I need work done.
