Unfortunately, this is not somewhere you want to go, but if you need collision work done, they do it right. Friendly service, always keeping you in the loop. I'm back for a second time, different vehicle. Drivers need to pay more attention on the roads!
Took over a month to get a part for my vehicle. I was driving without being able to open my driver door since someone backed into it. And then after I mentioned it would be a safety issue they magically had a part for me. Stephanie was super friendly though and helped communicate the whole repair process but kind of ridiculous to wait that long especially when paying so much for a lease. Also the door is not aligned right because I can hear wind coming through and the window doesn’t roll up and down normal lost “fix”
I can't say enough about the body shop manager Joe Hershey and his team. His professionalism and knowledge about how everything works is amazing. He has great communication skills, and we felt very comfortable leaving our car with him to be repaired. We have sent many of our friends, and they all were very satisfied with Joe and the results! What a great representative for the Bill Brown Corporation!
The Body shop at Bill Brown is the best of the best ! Professional, organized and fair. Joe Hershey runs that shop as if he owned it. He puts the customers and his employees 1st. You will never ever find a body shop as good as Bill Brown.
