I was visiting from San Diego and decided to stop into Bill's BJJ since I had a free night. Coach Bill was welcoming even though I forgot my belt. They loaned me one and it reminded how fun it was to wear a white belt. Got in some tough rounds, but It was a pleasure to roll with the students as they were very courteous. I'll be visiting next time I'm in Jacksonville.
This is the best instructor in Jacksonville Florida. Where else can you get a 4th degree black belt who is a 2 time world champion. He is teaching at every class (unlike other schools) and is great with the kids

Professor Aparecido "Bill" is absolutely the best instructor around. My 12 year old daughter has been studying with him for about three months now. She has gained confidence and has learned real world self defense. It's very rare to find someone with outstanding technical skills and the ability to pass it on to his students. Top notch jiu-jitsu. Great instructor, everyone treats you like family. I definitely recommend.
I love the fact that Professor Bill has very high expectations for his students and he is always encouraging us to challenge ourselves to do better. So glad I discovered jiu-jitsu!
