This is our second experience of buying a car from the folks at Bill Black. We bought a Kia Sportage from them two years ago and purchased a Hyundai Tucson to replace that vehicle last week. After confirming availability and price on a car through USAA/True Car, my wife and I found that the car was not in fact on the lot after driving an hour to come to the dealership. This dealership seems to be disorganized and does not value their customer's time.
