I used to LOVE Bill Bateman's in Rosedale however, today I was thoroughly disappointed with my food & the customer service that I received from the manager & "Owner" Steve. The young ladies at the register were super friendly maybe they can show their boss a thing or two!

Chicken not done and too much lemon 🍋 season
Ordered a cheesesteak with provolone cheese& bbq sauce. Got charge for my BBQ sauce. Then they put American on it. The girl agreed that I asked about provolone cheese but didn’t realize that’s what I wanted; I asked and said that’s what I want. They took it back and put it on the grill and added provolone cheese. MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATION! Of course had to be remade again; I don’t want American cheese; I didn’t order it. The food isn’t even that good
