Your store is fantastic! My dryer decided to finally go kaput while I was on vacation. When I got home over New Year's weekend I called B&B to see what they had. Not only did John answer the phone on holiday while they are closed, he still offered to let me come in and get one. That kind of service is amazing and so appreciated! I came in few days later and got a great deal on my dryer, works great! Thank you for being such a wonderful business and for being willing to go the extra mile!
Bob has done work for us before so when I need someone to repair or install an appliance... I call him. He just installed our new dishwasher and was reasonable too. Thank you Bob for being so efficient at what you do.
