I’ve had both kiddos hospitalized at BOCH. My second NICU baby spent the last week and half of his special care nursery stay there. We were treated like family and always kept in the loop with his care. Incredible nurses and staff all the way around! Special recognition to nurses Kayleigh, Emili and tech (now RN) Danielle. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this children’s hospital. From the moment we walked in, the care was exceptional. Every nurse, doctor, and staff member treated my child with such kindness and patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. They have the most outstanding nurses and doctors they treated my son very well when he was scared they would play with him they were very kind and caring and very sweet and respectful I would absolutely 💯 recommend this hospital to anyone who has children that r sick
My daughter stayed one night this children’s hospital. (6/19/25)Very clean. I love nurse Corey!! He was soooo kind and took good care of my daughter. This is our second visit here at the bill and Olivia Amos children's hospital and we love it we normally have to get transferred to Birmingham but since the children's hospital is open we don't have to travel my daughter knows almost every nurse up here and she loves them they go above there job to make sure the kids are doing good and if the kids are mad or sad the nurses make there day.....
