Our Neighbor recommended Bill after a lightening strike. My wife and I could not be more grateful for this tip. Bill knows the business thoroughly. He fought the insurance company on a regular basis, actually cutting holes in our walls to demonstrate hidden smoke damage. Bill takes great pride in his work, enjoys a job well done, and knows how to get things done cost effectively. Repairing a house after a major fire like ours is a huge ordeal on the family. My wife and I were very lucky to have someone like Bill on our side.
Bill is a good man, knows his stuff. Unfortunately for us, we have a 2 story home and the quality or lack of is showing or sounding in the last 3 years. We had a full home restoration from a house fire back in 07. The 2nd floor sounds horrible. I'm not sure if it is loose nails or loose support beams but everywhere we walk, we hear loud knocking, banging as we walk along the floor.
