We brought our child here to start therapy the staff are kind and patient with the children. we love the staff. But my only issue is I believe the owners daughter is homeschooled and she runs around the office like it's a playground and not a business. I also overheard another parent telling their child they were there for therapy not a play group, Because the owners daughter wanted to come in and play with the girl during her therapy session. If I could give Ms Raquel and all the girls 10 stars I would. They have the best team ever . At BSTC you will find professionalism,kindness ( very much needed with kids that have special needs ), and the best care for your little ones.If you’re looking for a place to start speech or OT look no more you’ve found the right one .
I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcome. I met with Raquel and Linda and they both made me feel as if I was their only patient. They listened thoroughly to all my concerns and made me feel heard and understood. They were incredibly helpful, informative and restorative. I am so grateful for this office! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
