Very good experience today with BI urgent Care in Watertown. I was seen quickly and treated courteously. X-rays were done on site and results were speedy. Doctor was thorough, explained things clearly and wrote the most detailed notes I’ve ever received after a medical visit. It’s so great to have this facility in town.
Been going here since I found this little gem
I had a very negative experience here. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting in the exam room for 90 mins, forgotten multiple times, and then seen by a doctor for 5 mins, who was not kind and sent me home with no remedy.
