Been going here since I found this little gem
I had a very negative experience here. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting in the exam room for 90 mins, forgotten multiple times, and then seen by a doctor for 5 mins, who was not kind and sent me home with no remedy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care. After visiting CareWell Urgent Care, my daughter was referred there for an urgent X-ray. Given the nature of her injury, we were trying to get her evaluated as quickly as possible. Upon arrival, the front desk staff on the urgent care side was immediately dismissive and unwelcoming. Excellent alternative to mt auburn ER Large, clean, well staffed. One hour versus four hours. Can't do everything at all hours though
