I had a very disappointing experience at Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care. After visiting CareWell Urgent Care, my daughter was referred there for an urgent X-ray. Given the nature of her injury, we were trying to get her evaluated as quickly as possible. Upon arrival, the front desk staff on the urgent care side was immediately dismissive and unwelcoming. Excellent alternative to mt auburn ER Large, clean, well staffed. One hour versus four hours. Can't do everything at all hours though
my wife,Dottie was here Saturday with a severe cough for one week,bronchitis ,The staff,nurses and Dr.was very caring and was worried about my rapid pulse,so ordered ekg which was fine.Also chest X-rays,no pneumonia but bronchitis.Dr. Put me on predersone and antibiotics,.My heart rate is now much better and I am coughing less and getting much,With sincere gratitude, Charle Dottie Leighton
Escorted home care client for evaluation of respiratory symptoms and high blood pressure. Joy at the desk was pleasant, professional and courteous. Xray tech and EKG/lab tech were skilled and kind. Nurse Jen was excellent, thorough, kind. Dr. Pierce was also thorough and professional. The facility is clean and spacious. Very good experience for my client who was not feeling very well.
