Irrigation earwax removal caused damage to my ear canal and tinnitus problems. The level of risk of the procedure was not discussed. It was compared to a bulb syringe I’ve used at home many times, only to find out later it’s objectively more risky. I came in concerned about an infection but was told it’s impacted earwax. Not an urgent issue, but seeing a specialist was never suggested. Now I’m faced with potentially permanent damage. I should have never trusted them for something like this. Staff was absolutely rude on the phone. Horrible attitude. Need to work on custom service for sure
They do not practice the standard of care, which is supposed to be a legal benchmark to protect patients. Do not waste your time and copay money.
It was my first and last time in this urgent care. The receptionist and techs are nice. The nurse is just horrible, she shouldn’t be a nurse. Didn’t even get to see the doctor (thank God after reading these reviews) it was talking so long that after seating in the room waiting for the doctor I had to leave to pick up my kids. I’ll keel going to CONVENIENT MD which I love but wrongly decided to give this place a chance. .
Anytime I have needed attention and cannot wait - this location has been fantastic to me - and again today! Reception - the nurse that attended to me & Dr Adler were more than attentive! We made a joint decision for a plan to get me back to full health. I spent many a day working in drs offices, hospitals, clinics and in the homes. As someone very accustomed to the challenges involved - I am extremely impressed and very grateful for the attention and help I received today. Pattie Kahler
