It might ben the worst service ever.Everyone there was really mean and get this it took 2 and a half hours for the wait .And there was nothing it had pictures of roten sunflowers

UPDATE: Went to a real doctor and my knee WAS fractured, you absolute jerks. ORIGINAL: I had a very bad experience here. I visited, in a lot of pain, with a twisted knee. The staff was unsympathetic, rude and condescending. I got no actual care- not so much as an advil or lidocaine patch, and was told to buy those things myself over the counter, despite paying a hefty copay and over $600 a month in health insurance. I know a lot of people in the reviews complain about long wait times, but on this particular day I didn’t. (I also made an appointment the night before because I knew I had to go and get something checked out for something that my doctor probably couldn’t squeeze me in for) It looked like I was the only one there for the urgent care part of the office at 11:15 on a Friday. I checked in with a nice lady who didn’t make me feel stupid for leaving my insurance card in the car, and we worked around it. My issue was something mos... read more

The appointment system to “reserve a spot” in the urgent care queue is all but useless. Recently, I “reserved” a 1:00pm spot first thing in the morning AND received a follow-up text at 12:45 telling me to arrive on time. Great! When I arrived, I was told there would be a 3+ hour wait. Huh? I asked why I had received the text urging me to come on time at 1:00, and was told those follow-up texts are not adjusted based on the actual wait!
