Best experience ever I had a Key made at Walmart I put it in the switch in my car and it did not turn I tried to take the key out and it was stuck I could not get it out, I went back into Walmart and told them the problem they came out looked at it could not get the key out they said they would take care of it they would call a Locksmith to come out and fix it. Excellent service and knowledge I have used BIlco 3 times now and every experience has been great! The first 2 times I just had some questions and needed a part that I had a hard time finding, they were able to answer my questions and get me the info I needed as well as the parts to fix my situation. I appreciate there help and service. Thanks Guys Great Job These guys are great I have used them several times. I have had all of there service guys at my home and business. They do a great job awesome to deal with I have always been satisfied with the service I get from Bilco I would tell anyone I know to go to Bilco if they can't fix it or find it they will have a solution they are Great thanks guys.
Not the cheapest. I usto always go there to get my keys made but I stopped by another locksmith and they made my keys just as quick and about 25% cheaper. I will use this other locksmith now because of there cheaper and they had great customer service. They are even $10 cheaper on a lock out. I recommend Orem Locksmith
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business for making keys. I stopped by to have a few keys made. The man who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. He was very nice to my 2-yr old and talked to her and gave her her own set of keys to play with and keep. She was very busy and wanting to run around but because he interacted with her she was better behaved. He made the keys lightening quick and it was no more expensive than any other place.
