Stuffed pizza was fantastic! Love the dill dip!!
My family has been going to bilbos ever since I was kid. Ive always enjoyed the thick pan pizzas here. Service has always been laid back but do their jobs.
Great food and the server went out of their way to accommodate our large group.
Part of a business trade group. today they decided not to honor it. Of course not telling us until after we ate, telling us with a horrible attitude and expected a non trade payment (mbebarter . com if you want to know more). The tables are so sticky, my daughters coloring paper stuck to the table. And SATANIC SYMBOLS in the bathroom...... Maybe that is why their service quality all of a sudden changed.
Called to order two gluten free pizza's for my family of 8. We were not informed that the gluten free pizza's were only 10" pizza's and had to pay over $31 for what's equivalent to a nearly single serving pizza. Completely ridiculous and horribly disappointed. We will never be back.
What 'for profit' business has a Policy of TICKING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS instead of finding ways to make their GOOD customers happy?? We took the time to call Bilbos(Westnedge)tonight, to order Pizza & a Family-sz Salad. We've done this before(MANY times), & had our order DELIVERED. Tonight, however, we were told they would NOT deliver to us, simply because we have a 'Kalamazoo' address.
