At the end of November 2024 Dr. Mahmood performed a right hip replacement. I am 77 and dreaded it so much. Who wants pain. I came through it quickly and my recovery was also quick. PT said they had never had a client who recovered so quickly. Well, I told Dr Mahmood I thought he was a miracle worker. At the end of January 2025, he performed a left knee replacement . Dr. Mahmood absolutely knows hip replacements! This is the doctor you need. Very experienced, knowledgeable and listens to his patients. I was up and moving immediately after surgery. I could do most things after only two weeks. The In-Home physical therapy he prescribes is perfect. He does knees as well. Great doctor!!!
Dr Mahmood replaced my right hip December 19th. I have nothing but praise for him as a surgeon and his incredible staff and his program. I was so lucky that he was the surgeon I chose based on my insurance search. That first visit he was thoughtful and honest, never pushed me toward surgery or using him. I would never consider anyone else after my experience. He has my trust and admiration.
I had both of my knees total replacements done four weeks apart I did great no pain. Dr Mahmood was great and his assistant Dr Knight. I love the whole team.
