First time we took it there, took much longer than we were told. Don’t know why we went back.. this visit even tops the last... told the problem with the lawn mower was the wrong belt was installed... they were the ones that got the part and installed it!!! THEY installed the wrong part, yet did NOTHING (not even a minuscule discount) would NEVER recommend them!! Awful!! Plus, it took almost a week to get back to us for them to tell us they would do nothing! WE had to follow up!!!
Rude, not helpfull. They have had my mower for over two weeks, they claim they are waiting on a part. This is 2016 I can order something from amaon at 10 pm and it will get delivered the next day. Do not under any circumstances do business with these people
over charge- poor service- had to take our mower back 3X and decided not to continue with service there because even remedial tasks were not done properly- HIGHLY recommend service elsewhere
