I’ve loved this studio since the first time I visited in autumn 2000. Proof that their teachers are amazing: I got to teach two students from this studio: shout out to the amazing Greg and Mindy who visited my studio in Minneapolis. They had impeccable yoga. Proof! Val Sklar is legendary and this Studio is the real deal. Keep up the good work friends!

RecommendedThis is my first hot yoga studio, one the of the best. Very clean, great set of teachers and wonderful animenties. Very personal studio, closely involved with its surrounding community.
I cannot say enough good things about this studio. The discipline of hot yoga, the caring of excellent teachers like Brook, Star, Val, Jeff...walked me through different stage of life. I just came back from the studio today, and still thinking about today's practice, this is what I have learned from Brook," use your honest effort...take care of yourself, and be kind to each other." I Love this place.
What a great place. Clean friendly and classes are taught by instructors who care. You can count on being greeted by name at the front desk and if you forgot your mat , they have affordable ones for you there to purchase. Which means "no excuses".
