Took my first Pilates class. Emani was a great instructor! Explained everything well and made sure I was doing things correctly. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely be back!
Its my first time here , and the experience is so amazing, the staff are accommodating so as the coach. She assisted me all through out the training and I love , love , love the community here they are very helpful and lovely. I will definitely coming back again! Thank ypu for the experience 🙏
I love this place... tbh nothing with fitness ever really got my attention, but this place has me hooked! I wake up thinking about my next day I'm going in... the staff is incredible!
I have attended both upper body/cardio & pilates restore and chill classes. The upper body class had been sore for 3 days (in a good way). A series of superset circuits. I loved it. The music and energy of the classes are fire 🔥. The pilates stretch class is the perfect compliment. Us as women hold a lot of energy in our hips and shoulders. The stretch class is more lower body focused. Thumbs up all around👌🏾
