RecommendedRecently moved to ABQ and brought a Trek FX in for tune up & shifter work. They explained what would be done in detail and when the bike would ge ready. Picked up the bike and all the work was detailed on the receipt. Bikeworks has its professional act together. This shop has my business going forward! Five out of five for the score.
I have owned a mountain bike now for 6 weeks and have already taken it to Bikeworks three times for a wide variety of services. The first was cable adjustments on my brand new bike, done in a timely manner so I could get out riding the next time I wanted to, and at a reasonable price. The second time I brought the bike in was to have a pair of carbon handlebars trimmed and put on, along with a stem and a couple other extras, again done timely and reasonably priced. This is the best bike shop in Albuquerque and you know it. These guys are skilled in both kindness and drivetrain divination. They don’t talk down to you. They teach you. I’m a better person because of Bikeworks.
Had a race wheelset built last week, and the wheels were simply amazing. I pounded them for 24 hours on the trail and they came out dirty, but as straight and true as when i picked them up. My new “go to” wheel builders in ABQ. Thanks guys.
I was having problems with my wife’s walker. Went to your shop to see if the walker could be fixed. Daniel dropped what he was doing to assist me. He asked if my wife was in the car so that he could take care of it right away. Great people and great service. Will recommend to all my friends.
