Doug and Chris are absolutely amazing they always know how to handle customers and always find the right bike for everybody wouldn't ask for a better bike shop in the area

I can’t say enough great things about BikeWise. Was on a weeklong ride and came in due to a new sound that my bike was making. The guys diagnosed the issue and realized that my frame was compromised. They called Trek and a new frame was going to be sent out next day— long story short, replacement frame never showed up so they worked with Trek to get me a whole new bike.
