Came up for Thanksgiving and had a flat rear tire. Luckily I brought a spare tubeless tire and sealant to install with me but didn’t have a pump to seat the tire. I came in and I was helped immediately and the service was done very quickly. I asked to pay and was told it was free. I insisted on supporting this bike shop so I bought something else. Awesome Bike shop! The tube for my 25 y/o Specialized bike finally gave out, so I brought it with me to Bikeway to get it replaced. It was my first time coming here, and I was very impressed with their workshop area, and the amount of varying inventory. The assistant that helped me was very knowledgeable and taught me some things about inner tubes. Definitely recommend, and I will be coming back next time I need anything bike related!
My son bought a YT online and had questions about putting it together. They answered his questions, helped him with the final assembly where we was stuck, and even pointed out a few things he needed to adjust. So helpful!
