I brought in my 24 year old Specialized Hardrock that’s been on its last leg for years looking for a rebuild and service. I could have purchased a new bike for the amount of parts I needed but I explained the bike had a sentimental value to it, and they immediately understood what to do. Doug went out of his way to get three bikes for our grandchildren to ride while they were visiting. He delivered the bikes to the Hopewell Bikeway van because we could not transport all the bicycles ourselves. I couldn't be happier with the service I've gotten from Bikeway over the years. Thanks for making our children and grandchildrens visit an adventure on the rail trail.
My experience of Bikeway is the exact opposite of Mr. Swains here. Sometimes the shop does get extremely busy but once you use your big boy voice and ask for help they usually come right over and assist in any way possible
Where where some people were rave about their very friendly in response. I just left the store at 3:30 and went in and nobody would help me he wasn't as busy. I stood at the desk while someone sat behind the desk and just stared at me and not even asked if I needed help. I was going in there to spend money and actually get a bike carrier for my bikes
Ask for MIKE I had a tune up a year or 2 ago, then had to leave for florida to care for an aging mother There was an open issue with my bike ( Giant ATX 980) Mike was extremely knowledgable about bikes and empathic to my situation after a year or more coming back in Mike is amazing, and the Bikeway team took great care of me They won’t disappoint BIKEWAY ALL THE WAY !!!!!
