In 2018 a reviewer said: "The manager, I guess, came out and told me they had been looking for a part but it was hard to find. I asked why I wasn't called, they had my bike for a week and I had to call twice to find out about my bike. He told me he was waiting to get the part before he called." 2024-Nothing has changed. Same lame response. Buyer beware. UPDATE 2025! Out of nowhere today, I received a gift valued at close to $300 from Bikeway! A Campy product! THREW IT IN THE TRASH! FELT LIKE A BRIBE!

Bikeway always does an amazing job on my bicycles, and I absolutely refuse to take them anywhere else !
I brought in my husband's special order, oversized walker. It was delivered with the wheels on the inside of the legs, not outside. I could move the wheels, not the brakes. The store took charge and made it safe
