I wanted to test ride some recumbent trikes and this is one of the few local places where I could. You can schedule a time for a test ride so you don't have to wait around. Tim was there with a couple of nice models to try out. He was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No pressure at all just chill and easy. I decided on a Catrike model and ordered it that day. Now I can enjoy biking without back and leg pain! My wife loves riding it too! Thanks Tim and Vienna Bikes!

Beth and Tim run a first rate shop. I've had my Tern GSD (electric cargo bike) serviced here several times and have always had an amazing experience. Beth is incredibly knowledgeable about many different bikes, has owned a GSD herself, and is meticulous with cleaning, tuning, and replacing parts to keep things running smoothly. The prices are always reasonable and the entire team is a pleasure to work with.
