Beth and Tim run a first rate shop. I've had my Tern GSD (electric cargo bike) serviced here several times and have always had an amazing experience. Beth is incredibly knowledgeable about many different bikes, has owned a GSD herself, and is meticulous with cleaning, tuning, and replacing parts to keep things running smoothly. The prices are always reasonable and the entire team is a pleasure to work with.

Very professional and respectful staff. They fixed my bike and I even had a follow up with them they were very helpful and didn’t charge me for the follow up. I definitely recommend it!

I came here years ago, but never made a proper review like I should. I can't recall exactly who it was that helped me, but I'd assume it was the owner or manager as they were the only person there. After bringing my bike with something bent and a busted chain over to Spokes (now Trek), I was told that I would have to leave the bike overnight and pay the labor fees, which would total over $50 on its own.
