Walked in yesterday to get a crank set for my trek 7.0 fx . The guy looks at me and says " that's like saying Audi TT " ...great customer service. Told me to bring th whole bike in. Shut the front door. Ended up going to Trek in Aurora great place far better than bike sport aurora. And it's funny I asked for the exact same thing at trek took home 30 seconds to find one for me .

Update So the folks at Bikesports reached out to me recently and asked for another opportunity to win back my business. So i took my bike in again to get some servicing hoping for a better experience this time. They were very responsive and fair with pricing (even waiving the labour fees this time around :) I picked up the bike today, and the bike runs like new again and couldn't be more happier.
