Bikesmiths: Poor Service I had a major dilemma concerning my bicycle. The staff at the Bikesmiths were completely unhelpful. In fact, they would not provide service for my bicycle. I went to another local bike shop and they were able to solve my bicycle issue within a half hour. In my opinion, the staff DID NOT provide good customer service. I won't go anywhere else I've been going to this shop for the last 7-8 years. The owner is right there and really knows his stuff. Some of the staff comes and goes, but there's always at least one of the core group there. They don't sell cheap bikes, but they certainly sell quality. If they can do a repair on the spot they will.
Purchased a Gary Fisher few yers back Good Work, Owner is on sight, friendly, reasonable, willing to negotiate, good stuff...thanks
