Hi team, I came in this afternoon to get my flat pedals swapped over to the SPD pedals I had at home. Not only did the team replace them quickly, but they also checked my tyre pressure. When I asked where to pay, I was told it was free! Just wanted to say a big thank you to the kind lady who helped me out really appreciate the great service.
Came here to get my trike gear leaver changed as the first time i came in he changed the cabble and sead it was bound up in there did not fix the issue so they said i need a new gear leaver changer just for them not to change anything and said it was pressing against some thing just then had to take it back in as it would not change into all gears and then they managed to snap my break kill switch cable was un pluged prior when i firs got there and i had to plug it in aany way they take it for a forth time to solve what they... read more
Picked up a new Focus Raven recently after spotting it in the window on a previous ride. The team (Tom and Charlie) were amazing - knowledgeable and friendly - traits which aren't always found in bike shops these days. I've been mountain biking since '92 and have watched customer service and in-store knowledge deteriorate over recent years, but this team have restored my faith and I'll be back. Oh, and the bike is great - loving it.
I visited to get replacement gear cable and housing and the service was friendly and seemed helpful. However, after watching a park tool video to do the repair when I got back, it became clear they had sold me brake cable housing, which is not appropriate for a gear cable housing replacement since it allows for compression. I had even brought in the original gear cable and housing with me for their reference. I dropped in due to unfortunately getting x2 punctures in the space of 10mins. Clint and the team had me back on the road within 25mins of entering the store. Exceptional service and provided some insight on my bike which was fantastic. Whilst stumbling across this bike shop due to unfortunate circumstances, highly likely to come back in the future for my future needs. Thanks again team.
