The staff are so friendly and helpful anytime I visit. It's a pleasure taking my bikes there!
Best bike repair place in Melbourne, dont go st kilda cycles, they would not even offer to pump up the tyres for me when i explained i had a injury after car accident and cannot walk.
Went in for a specific part and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d also find it hard to imagine getting a better deal elsewhere.
Went to the shop this morning with a unaligned wheel. The lads at the shop were so helpful, and quickly realigned it for no cost. Would definitely recommend, and I will personally be visiting them with any issues I have in the future.
Just recently invested on a Focus Atlas 6.8 and assisted by the Awesome CHARLIE. She was so helpful from choosing the perfect bike size, leg and seat adjustments, bike insurance and lots of important details! I even for a test ride with 2 options. It was all worth it. They even extended their closing time just to wrap up everything! To Charlie, if you read this message "You're the best, and thank you for all your help"
