If only we had the service like this shop where I live. Contacted my local bike store over a month ago gave them the part number and everything to get a new rear wheel for my shogun. They didn't bother to even call me. I had to call them and then they reckoned they couldn't get the part and all this crap which they done in the past with my bike battery. My dad and I both bought our bikes here. Tom was extremely knowledgable and helpful and generous with his time. We were able to test many different bikes and Tom gave great insights. Great prices and great service! I got my bike yesterday and it was tuned and dialed very well. I took it out today and everything was perfect. Definitely highly recommend Tom and this shop - experience was great!
