Didn't laugh at me when I didn't understand the difference in stem's on tires. then let me try on the outside pump and fail. then ask for help. They didn't make me stupid, allowed me to be wrong and ask for help on my terms. then told me what else they offered. not once pointing out that I had a new bike that wasn't a riding bike, I think they knew I'd figure out quickly. back tomorrow to see if it's possible to get gears on....just say'in

Not only did they fix my bike ridiculously cheap, they taught me how to do the repair myself!
Greg & Neil were very patient with me and helped put a new (used) front tire on my bike after my original one was stolen. They made sure everything was in working order & the price fo fix it all up with parts was incredibly affordable. I’ll be back. Recommending this place to everyone.
