This is a great bike shop! Nice selection and variety of bikes and accessories on hand. The owner, Craig, is always helpful and truly cares about his customers. I've had several bikes serviced here, and it's fast, fair and fixed right the first time.
These guys saved me on RAGBRAI 2017, very personable and knowledgeable, got me back on the road in great shape!
Got our daughters bike all serviced ready to go before heading off to college at Bike to You! Craig and the staff was so helpful in making sure we had the right type of lock for her bike as well! The last thing we want is for it to get stolen at college. Awesome customer service and wonderful people!
The Bikes To You team is the BEST! You can't beat their customer service and genuine interest in maximizing your bike performance and safety too! In the middle of a training program I had a tire and seat issue. Was able to talk to Craig before normal business hours, drop my bike off on my way from CR to DSM and pick it back up that afternoon on my way home. All during RAGBRAI season! Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much!!
I had an exceptional experience! During my initial visit, Kyle was very helpful in helping me test a few bikes. I am extremely short, particularly in the legs, so we ended up needing to order. Due to my measurements, they weren't sure what size I would for sure need so they ordered two bikes so that when I came back, I'd definitely have one that fit. We've continued to return to Bikes to You even though we've not lived in Grinnell for about fifteen years. Great integrity and service! I wish he'd open a satellite shop here!
