Great service! Just bought a KHS mountain bike and it is the best bike I have ever owned. They really take the time to listen to your needs and their knowledge really shows. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and they meet my expectations and then some.

I am really started to love this place most, of all the bike shops, in my area. I've been to Truely Spoken a number of times to get my bike looked at (fo just minor maintenance) and all thay want to do is tell me what I need to replace. And on multiple occasions I will go to truely spoken first ( Bc it is close to my house) then immediately to bikes plus. Bikes plus customer service is very on point. They look at my bike, make a quick adjustment, and my bike is riding perfect. Thank you bikes plus for me awesome!!!!!
