The guys at bikes plus went above and beyond making sure I found the right bike. I've ridden a lot of different bikes and have purchased them from a lot of different shops. My experience with Bikes Plus was hands down one of the best. Bonus is my Scott Scale is my favorite riding bike ever. Huge bonus to find a shop that is down to earth and treats everyone great with out the clicky nose in the air, clickyness. I definitely recommend them for anyone!

Answered the phone quickly and professionally. Chris completely saved my weekend. I thought I’d need to drop my bike off Friday afternoon, drop a couple hundred dollars, and return sometime next week to get it back. Instead, I was there one hour, spent $80, learned all kinds of useful knowledge, and got to take a potential new bike for a test ride. All around great experience and Chris has earned a new future customer. Thanks again!

What a great group of folks to work with! We were to be arriving in Pensacola for an extended visit, and I wanted to surprise my wife with a new bike for Mother's Day.
