Mel and his wife are great. Took the time to walk me through entire bike and fit me for my first road bike. The customer service is amazing and they will do everything to make your experience awesome!

I have purchased two bikes from Bike the Planet so far. Mel is a fantastic guy, willing to take the time to help you identify what your goals are and then fit it to a bike that will do what you want it to do. He will get as into the weeds as you may want to go with details on gear ratios and such but still has time to chat with first time buyers.
