I had an extremely positive experience with this shop. Dennis was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right bike for me; He took his time and explained aspects of how a bike should fit a person, as I was not very knowledgeable about that. Mel also went out of his way to make sure the bike I ordered from them fit me well, and took his time with the whole process to make sure I understood a few things.
