I rode into town on a group ride and discovered that I had lost a screw from the cleat on my new shoes, so I was unable to remove my shoe from the pedal. We had stopped at a nearby cafe and I brought the bike over (with the attached shoe) to see what could be done. The technician (and owner, I presume) took care of things, removing the shoe and replacing the screw. He also noticed that the front wheel hub had an issue and had another technician fix that. I agree. The customer service is excellent. I can in today with a bike chain problem in the middle of a ride and they were very helpful. They didn't try to influence me to have them do more work than what was necessary to help me out and I really appreciate it! Thank you!
